Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Many of my clients keep their RM/adviser. I’m often a second opinion on major decisions. If it’s solid, I’ll say so. If not, I’ll document what to fix.

  • Either. Some clients implement with their existing team. Others want me to oversee and coordinate implementation. We agree on scope upfront.

  • I’ll explain this clearly before you commit to anything. Depending on what we do, I may be paid via fees and/or product commissions. If there are commissions involved, I will disclose them and explain the trade-offs so you can decide with full clarity.

  • A plan is not the end. Life changes, markets change, and priorities shift. After the initial work, we either

    (1) do periodic reviews to keep things on track, or

    (2) you take the plan and run it with your existing team.

Either way, the goal is that your decisions remain consistent and documented over time.

  • That is common. I lead with a clear agenda so meetings are productive without losing the human touch. If needed, we split work into shorter sessions.
